Appetizers Alehouse Mussels One pound of Black Lip Mussels steamed in our own Pale Ale, garlic and herbs. Buffalo Wing N Chips Large wings dipped in spicy sauce and served with our homemade potato chips. Bar-B-Q Shrimp 1/2 dozen jumbo shrimp simmered in chili beer and spice and herbs. Served over a bed of dirty rice. Pizza 12'' thin malt flour crust topped with your choice of fresh ingredients. Jalapeno Poppers Fire roasted jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and served with our spicy chipotle ranch. Buffalo Caviar Spicy blend of beans and buffalo topped with fresh cilantro and cheeses, olives ,chilies peppers. sour cream and guacamole. Served wih our homemade chips. Beer Batterd Shrooms White button mushrooms battered with our chili beer and fried till golden, served with homemade horseradish sauce. Soups N Chili and Salad Bar We prepare a variety of fresh soups daily and our soon to be famous *Buffalo Chili. Enjoy an array of fresh condiments to top your choice of salad from our Salad bar. House Specialties * Meatloaf Blend of Buffalo and Angus beef topped wuth a red pepper mushroom sauce Rib Eye Hand cut 12 oz. grilled to your liking * Buffalo Bangers Homemade Buffalo sausage grilled and topped with carmelized onions n sweet peppers. Brewhouse Ribs Choice tender pork ribs marinated in beer and hand rubbed with spices, slowly roasted and grilled over over an open flame, lightly basted with our Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. Fish n Chips Filet of whitefish lightly beer battered in our red ale served with our homemade chips. Catfish Filet lightly breaded in cornmeal and spices. Beer can chicken 1/2 chicken which has be marinated in beer and spices then grilled and basted with a bold taste of our Homemade Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. You'll need to try this......don't let the name scare you.
